Conference purpose: create a common ground for professionals studying the impact of the new cultural context (digital society) on the development of the human personality, the exchange of experience of resolving the related educational issues.
Target Audience: International and Russian psychologists, philosophers, sociologists, culture experts etc – both experienced and beginners, as well as experts with diverse academic background interested in all of aspects of impact of the new cultural context (digital society) on the development of the human personality

Manfred Spitzer, M.D., Ph.D. is Medical Director, Professor and Chairman (Head of Department) of the Psychiatric Hospital at the University of Ulm (Universitätsklinik für Psychiatrie), Germany. His research activities focus on the interface between cognitive neuroscience and psychopathology, using multimodal neuroimaging techniques, such as event related potentials, functional magnetic resonance imaging, transcranial magnetic stimulation and experimental neuropsychological methods to study psychiatric symptoms, syndromes and disorders. In 2004 he established the Transfer Center for Neuroscience and Learning (Transferzentrum für Neurowissenschaften und Lernen [ZNL]), for which he is director. His teaching activities include the weekly main lecture in psychiatry at the University of Ulm and seminars on cognitive neuroscience and psychiatry. Professor Spitzer is recipient of the 1992 DGPPN Duphar Research Award of the German Society for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Neurology; the 2002 Cogito Prize of the Cogito Foundation; and the 2010 Science Prize of the Margrit Egnér Foundation. He is author of numerous texts and books, e.g. Digital Demenz.
